  • Report harmful content or behaviour to our moderation team

Prohibited Content & Behaviour

The following content is strictly prohibited and may result in content removal, account suspension, or legal action:

Harassment Bullying, intimidation, stalking, or persistent unwanted contact Warning or ban depending on severity

CSAM / Exploitation Any content involving the exploitation or abuse of minors Zero tolerance; reported to NCMEC & law enforcement

Impersonation Pretending to be someone else to deceive or mislead Account suspension

Tips for Healthy Anonymous Communication

For Message Senders

  • Remember that words have real impact, even anonymously
For Message Receivers
  • Take constructive feedback as a growth opportunity
  • Don't take negative messages to heart
  • Delete messages that make you uncomfortable
  • Report abusive content — it helps the whole community
  • It's okay to take breaks from checking messages

Enforcement & Reporting

We enforce these guidelines through a combination of:

  • User Reports: Users can report violating content through our contact form
  • Rate Limiting: Automated protection against spam and abuse
  • Content Review: Reports are reviewed and actioned within 24–48 hours
  • Graduated Response: Warnings → temporary suspension → permanent ban, depending on severity
  • Law Enforcement Cooperation: We cooperate with legal authorities for serious offences
